JOB Profile

• Primarily responsible for Ocean/Air Import product with profitability, operational
  efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure the delivery of highest level of service to our Clients
• Maintain excellent rapport with all stake holders.
• Should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle client inquiries and service level complaints related to Imports Dept.
  Responsible for achieving Dept. KPIs
• Adherence to the Company SOPs, Corporate guidelines and client specific SOPs.
• Act as a key driver of the Imports Dept. and timely update of processes and
  procedures related to Imports.

Professional Knowledge/Skills required

• Age between 23- 30 years.
• Sound educational back ground
• Min 2 years’ Experience in the Logistics / Freight forwarding experience.
• Should possess effective communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the CargoWise system will be a definite advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Higher Diploma Holder in Logistics Management, Degree or MBA from
  a recognized university will be an added qualification.
